This is in regards to our stay at your Storyland House 1 during the time period of Sat., Oct 4 - Sat. Oct 11, 2008. We had an absolutely amazing time in Anaheim. The weather was hotter than we expected, however it didn't put a damper on the fun we had.
As this is our first vacation home rental, we were not disappointed. Everything from email correspondence, reservations, accommodations, and refund of the security deposit all went very smooth.
Our stay at Storyland 1 was truly awesome. We found the location was perfectly situated; it was close enough to Disney but far enough away from the traffic/people on Katella. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet, the neighbours were very peaceful, and there was little car traffic in the area.
I cannot say enough just how much fun we had staying at Storyland 1. If we go back to Anaheim again, for sure I'll be contacting Maggie to see if there are any openings for Storyland 1.

Hi Maggie.
I just wanted to say thank you again for the wonderful stay we had at the Story land house. The time spent was far better than any hotel room could have provided. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet; we all felt very relaxed. Rest assured, on our next vacation to Disney we’ll be inquiring if the house is available again. We ask 1/2 the rent plus security deposit to hold a reservation subject to adustments for onine bookings. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment by check or credit card.
Online reservations subject to administrative adjustments. 3.5% will be added for credit card payment if the reservation is booked manually. ASVH management will send acknowledgement receipts along with invoice for payments due.
