I just wanted to say thank you again for the wonderful stay we had at the Mission Viejo house. The time spent was far better than any hotel room could have provided. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet; we all felt very relaxed. Rest assured, on our next vacation to Southern California we’ll be inquiring if the house is available again. We truly had a flawless vacation; not a single hitch in the whole plan.

We ask 1/2 the rent plus security deposit to hold a reservation subject to adustments for onine bookings. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment by check or credit card.
