Reservation Hold Deposit of 50% + security deposit (non-refundable within 45 days). Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
We ask 1/2 the rent plus security deposit to hold a reservation subject to adustments for onine bookings. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment by check or credit card.
Online reservations subject to administrative adjustments. 3.5% will be added for credit card payment if the reservation is booked manually. ASVH management will send acknowledgement receipts along with invoice for payments due.
