For an initial setup, below is our compliment of services that can be tailored to your needs:

  • Place home in property rental program and set up web advertising and complimentary follow-up to see that your home is rented efficiently and profitably
  • Advertising of your home on Storylandhouse.com is included in the one-time setup fee and monthly management fee. This space dedicated to your property will feature a full range of photos, descriptions, amenities and features, We are able to set rates, rate specials and other guests fees in real-time on our guest friendly website so that everything is always up to date and reservations for your property are available 24/7 with all notifications made automatically to housekeeping etc.
  • Set up terms and conditions for online booking system
  • Provide furnishings on lease of purchase basis after consulting with interior design/ planned arrangements with owner
  • Manage calendar/availability with provisions for blocking out time for owner’s use if needed
  • Provide full compliment of bed linens, towels, trash bags, toiletries, etc.
  • Set up financial management, invoicing, rent collection including security deposits, to be held and returned with any relevant deductions itemized, deduct commissions & issue rental balance to owner with monthly statement
  • Provided locked owner closets and storage areas as well as housekeeping supply closets

 

For Between guests services listed below are our typical service schedule:

  •  Maximize bookings by providing

o                     competitive pricing through targeted market research

o                     a more tailored offering for the Anaheim/OC area, easier access for comparison shopping and packages with the Disneyland® Resort and other attractions (We have a partnership with the Anaheim/OC Visitor & Convention Bureau and Disneyland ® Park in Market Sales)

  • Arrival and departure check-in/check-out assistance, directions and transportation information made available to guests Provide special “welcome baskets

  • Set up Disney Park literature displays and other calendars/special events information
  • Basic housekeeping including making beds with appropriate bedding
  • Provide laundered bedding, towels, kitchen utensils etc as required
  • Set up lock box and check keys between guests
  • Check inventories, taking note of any damage between guests before returning security deposit monies
  • Trash removal including junk mail
  • Check and replace light bulbs
  • Water plants
  • Set heating/cooling systems, check safety items, smoke detectors, etc.

This knowledge and experience can guide you with decisions to be sure your dollars are spent wisely with any needed renovations to be done with your initial setup, or ongoing maintenance projects of your home. These types of projects are done on a contract with project management services to be scheduled with a minimum of down time.

·         Pest control/inspection and treatment if required

·         Chimney cleaning

·         Furnace & other appliance servicing

·         Lawn & garden care including sprinkler maintenance  and repair

·         Holiday decorating

·         Renovations – project management for window replacement, painting decorating, kitchen/bath remodeling, flooring replacement, electrical improvements such as lighting, cable TV, wireless internet hookup, hot tub installation; security system installation

Reservation Hold Deposit of 50% + security deposit (non-refundable within 45 days). Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. We ask 1/2 the rent plus security deposit to hold a reservation subject to adustments for onine bookings. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment by check or credit card. Online reservations subject to administrative adjustments. 3.5% will be added for credit card payment if the reservation is booked manually. ASVH management will send acknowledgement receipts along with invoice for payments due. Cancellation policy: security deposit is non-refundable, Deposit of 50% non-refundable within 45 days of arrival
