Here is your Spring Season package choices for a split stay in Anaheim/ Disneyland® Resort and Mission Bay/San Diego or Westwood/ Los Angeles. The package includes combination Southern Califnornia City Pass®
for 3 days Disney ® Park Hopper tickets, one day at Universal studios and one day at Seaworld San Diego (tickets not included in price). The minimum stay is 6 nights total split for 3 nights at each home. The package price in effect from February 15 to May 26 (excludes Holidays April 1-April 17, 2011; May 29-June 6, 2010;) will be a total of $3000.00; (additional nights charged at listed daily rate for individual property; rate includes $350 combined cleaning & processing fee and $500 refundable security deposit. Prices do not include 10.5% San Diego City tax. Prices do not include 3.5% processing for credit card payment. Other packages can be arranged depending on number of persons and availability.

Beginning Jan. 1 through Dec. 2010

Reservations confirmed more than 4 months or more in advance will get 20% discount with 5 night minimum stay. The discount is applied at final payment. You can book online and save processing costs by using the exclusive Live Rez system. (Note: for rate specials, the rate will be adjusted from the listed rate after you enter all the information for your reservation.)

Reservation Hold Deposit of 50% + security deposit (non-refundable within 45 days). Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. We ask 1/2 the rent plus security deposit to hold a reservation subject to adustments for onine bookings. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment by check or credit card. Online reservations subject to administrative adjustments. 3.5% will be added for credit card payment if the reservation is booked manually. ASVH management will send acknowledgement receipts along with invoice for payments due. Cancellation policy: security deposit is non-refundable, Deposit of 50% non-refundable within 45 days of arrival
