Here is your Summer/Peak Season package choices for a split stay in Anaheim/ and Mission Bay/San Diego or Westwood/Los Angeles. The package includes combination “City Pass” for 3 days Disney Park hopper tickets, one day at Universal studios and one day at Seaworld San Diego; one adult ticket free with advance purchase and discount price for remainder of your group (not included in price). The minimum stay is 10 nights total split for 5 nights at each home. The package price in effect from June 20-August 25, 2010 will be a total of $4200 (for Point Loma, San Diego price is $4900.00); (additional nights charged at listed daily rate for individual property; rate includes $300 cleaning fees and $500 refundable security deposit. Prices do not include 10.5% San Diego City tax. Prices do not include 3.5% processing for credit card payment. Other packages can be arranged depending on number of persons and availability.

Reservations confirmed more than 4 months or more in advance will get 20% discount. You can book online and save processing costs by using the exclusive Live Rez system. (Note: for rate specials, the rate will be adjusted from the listed rate after you enter all the information for your reservation.)

Reservation Hold Deposit of 50% + security deposit (non-refundable within 45 days). Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. We ask 1/2 the rent plus security deposit to hold a reservation subject to adustments for onine bookings. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment by check or credit card. Online reservations subject to administrative adjustments. 3.5% will be added for credit card payment if the reservation is booked manually.
