How far are you from the Disneyland® Resort?

Answer: Storyland Houses 1,2 & 3 are walking distance to Disneyland (less than one mile to main gates walking through Downtown Disney® District ; ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) shuttles run from Katella Ave. every 20 minutes). Here is the link to the ART shuttle information/map:

If you clink on the routes, we are F2 pick up at Best Western on Katella; the Storyland houses are just behind the Walnut/Katella intersection.

Questions:

How many people can you sleep - what is the bed setup?

Answer:

Each home is set up differently - and the maximum capacity is somewhat flexible. We can assist you with specific questions via email. We may allow extra persons, sleeping bags etc, but charge extra per person for extra linens etc. depending on ages. Infant cribs and porto-cribs are available at all our homes.

How can we puchase Disney tickets through you?

Answer:

We offer advance purchase discounted Disney tickets when you book with us - if you are planning to be in the Disney Parks 2, 3, 4 or 5 days: (tickets are billed with the final payment, purchased for you and left at the house for pickup on arrival)

The CityPass is also available that includes one day in Sea World San Diego and one day at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Reservation Hold Deposit of 50% + security deposit (non-refundable within 45 days). Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. We ask 1/2 the rent plus security deposit to hold a reservation subject to adustments for onine bookings. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment by check or credit card. Online reservations subject to administrative adjustments. 3.5% will be added for credit card payment if the reservation is booked manually. ASVH management will send acknowledgement receipts along with invoice for payments due. Cancellation policy: security deposit is non-refundable, Deposit of 50% non-refundable within 45 days of arrival
