Our 4-bedroom Storyland vacation homes are located in a quiet residential neighborhood walking distance to Downtown Disney® District and the main gates to the . Disneyland® Park & Disney’s California Adventure ® Park. These family friendly homes feature four fully appointed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, Living room with sleeper sofa, cable TV, desk with phone and wireless internet access. Outside you will have a well maintained private fenced yard with covered patio, ample parking with 2-car garage and friendly quiet neighborhood.

Anaheim-Less than One Mile Walk to Disneyland® Park Main Gates: The costs to you in precious time, travel cost, parking cost etc. cannot be discounted. Our home allows you to enjoy a pleasant Walk through Downtown Disney® District to the main gates to all that the Disneyland® Resort has to offer at the "happiest place on earth", while enjoying a comfortable stay with all the amenities of home. Anaheim is central to all of Southern California from Los Angeles & Hollywood ( 50 miles north of Anaheim) to San Diego, (100 miles south of Anaheim). The Pacific Coast beaches from Santa Monica to San Diego are within a 20 to 90 minute drive

These homes are easily reached from I-5 freeway, John Wayne OC Airport (10 miles), or LA International Airport (22 miles) and is located in beautiful Anaheim California, home of the original Anaheim Disneyland® Resort Theme Parks, - home of the World Class Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim Angel Stadium, The Grove of Anaheim and the beautiful Garden Walk featuring an entertainment and lifestyle development encompassing approximately 440,000 square-feet of retail, dining and entertainment areas amidst an environment of beautifully manicured and unique gardens.

As we have gathered here we have truly felt “at home”. We enjoyed Disneyland. We also loved walking by the ocean. The boys even tried surfing that they found a lot like snowboarding! Our favorite times are those spent together as a family. It really doesn’t matter what we do together as a family. What does matter is that we are together!! We ask 1/2 the rent plus security deposit to hold a reservation subject to adustments for onine bookings. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment by check or credit card. Online reservations subject to administrative adjustments. 3.5% will be added for credit card payment if the reservation is booked manually. ASVH management will send acknowledgement receipts along with invoice for payments due. Cancellation policy: security deposit is non-refundable, Deposit of 50% non-refundable within 45 days of arrival
